Welcome To Brough Upon Demo Page



Brough Upon is a project made for a University module based on collaboration and working in a group. This game was made by a team of 7 in about 3 months.

Briefly, you are playing as a robot that woke up decades into humanities downfall. World was taken over by robots made by an evil corporation, however one little robot managed to stay in a neutral state and with a help of a companion that follows you, the journey begins.


You start in the warehouse that you've woken up in and that is the tutorial area. Unfortunately a lot of features were not made because of the time that we were running short on, and there is no intro or any cutscenes that explain anything.


After getting out of the warehouse you find yourself on outskirts of a suburbs area,  and explore the area.

You can encounter some enemies that can spot you and will start chasing you. You can jump on top of their heads or shoot them down in order to get rid of them.

There is some NPCs that we have managed to include that do give you some directions and tasks to complete in order to further progress.


For example finding and refilling 3 generators in the Electrical Sub-Level.

Again, the game is unfinished even for a Demo. And a lot of the content has not managed to ever see the daylight... 


Things like:

More enemies, NPCs, with other tasks and challenges, fun activities for the player  and other Sub-Levels and even the final Boss that we had working with stages.


Other than that, it was still a fun experience from which I think we all have learned a lot anyway.
